Description

The stakes have never been higher for the final installment of the Dragonfate Games. After years of yearning and enduring the shadows of a traumatic past, Poppy finally stands on the precipice of the life he was always denied. His journey toward healing is as harrowing as it is beautiful, marked by the kind of emotional vulnerability that leaves a permanent imprint on the soul. When he finds himself drawn into the orbit of his alpha dragon, the connection between them becomes the anchor he desperately needs to navigate the wreckage of his history. This Regency-inspired fantasy romance balances high-stakes tension with the profound tenderness of a hard-won love story. While the narrative does not shy away from the darker realities of cult dynamics and the long-term impact of past abuse, it remains a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. Watching Poppy claim his agency and his man is a deeply cathartic experience that rewards the patience of every reader who has followed this series from the start. It is a story of reclamation, courage, and the transformative power of being truly seen. Prepare for a poignant conclusion that is as heartbreaking as it is triumphant, leaving you breathless until the very last page.

Adorable end to the Dragonfate Games

I knew this book would make me want to cry before I picked it up. It surpassed all my wildest expectations, with how much Viol and Poppy have gone through, it was a perfect capstone to their story. It's very sweet and has a different feel than the rest of the series, but I think it fits who Poppy and Viol are as characters. There was (thankfully) not a lot of angst (if you've seen Viol the rest of the series you understand) and while I sometimes got lost with how the past/ current events got mixed I was glad to see the backstory that has been hinted at the rest of the series. Looking forward to seeing the family grow.

Nice ending

This was a nice ending to the series. I liked violet and Poppy story. It could’ve been better in some places, but all in all it was satisfying.

A lovely end for the Dragon brothers.

**kidnapping, physical and sexual abuse (past and child), cult dynamics, and psychotic mental breaks after abuse (past). I love how the author wrote Violet's and Poppy's story. It's a complete break from the premise of previous books, but it is perfect for the lead characters. I highly doubt you'll regret buying this book. I can't wait till our griffin's story.
