I will never get enough of these characters or this world!

Let me just start by saying I freaking LOVED this duet! Elizabeth Dear is one of my favorite authors because I know I can always count on her to give me a great story that won’t be overshadowed by spice. I feel like it’s really easy for the romance aspect of omegaverse stories to completely eclipse the overall plot due to the needs that come with being an omega but I think it was well balanced here. There was quite a bit of spice but I was loving every second of it because after having the tension and overall relationship build for almost a book and a half I wanted ALL of that pay off! 🤣🤌🏻 And can I just say how perfect the whole Dylan finally giving in scene was? I couldn’t have imagined a more picturesque moment of Dylan accepting her men if I had tried, I was just about ready to cry tears of happiness! 🥹 And seeing those boys go fully feral for Dylan on multiple occasions? I was in literal heaven, I never wanted it to end! This group was made for each other and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything worked out for them! 🥰 My other favorite part of the book was all of the family vibes, THEY WERE EVERYTHING! It felt like coming home the whole time I was reading and just about every interaction between the St. James and Bryce families gave me the warm fuzzies. I am a huge sucker for any sort of found family so I was living for them form the ultimate (savage when appropriate/necessary) rescue team! Words cannot describe how much I adored banter and bromance…

4.5 - would absolutely recommend!

Elizabeth Dear is back with the second and final installment of our fav standby omega, Dylan St. James’, story in Omega Revealed. Overall, I thought that this was a great read, the characters were endearing, the plot was engaging, and the writing was fun and entertaining. My primary criticism is that the romance felt a little rushed. Specifically, the romantic conflict was disposed of fairly quickly. It almost felt like Dylan abandoned her principles on a dime with very little convincing. I understand that was perhaps where she was always headed but the journey was abrupt. It left me questioning who Dylan was (like was she really only disguising her omega status out of fear/trauma and just needed to feel safe to acknowledge it?), or if she had truly been a beta, would she still be in the dust - you know, where the boys left her until they accidentally discovered her secret at the end of book 1? Anyway, Dylan seemed to move past it quickly so who am I to hold a grudge (which I can pretty much do indefinitely so I’ll just reel it in and get back to the story.) The flipside is that resolution of the romantic conflict allowed for more spice and more time with them as a pack, which was actually delightful to read since the guys are pretty much perfect (can see why we rushed to get here). And of course, for us to get to the REAL conflict - dismantling a secret illegal omega trafficking ring. As a result, there was a lot of action (of all kinds) in this book, things heat up and…
