Great fictional dreamy read, that makes you feel like you're part of the storyline. This is a great read for those who love the vision of a down-to-earth, pragmatic, and romantic experience. The author definitely knows what they are doing!

Read on KU. 4 and 1/2 stars for me really. I absolutely loved this book. Lucas Greene works at a frozen food company trying to maintain his delicate lifestyle in New York and struggling to keep up. When he and his long time friend are forcefully given an assignment to go down to Texas and steal some award winning recipes for his vile company he puts aside his guilt in the name of getting a promotion if he succeeds. What he doesn't count on is falling for the bbq reining champion and local cowboy, Beau Turner. Suddenly he's torn between his growing infatuation with Beau or losing everything he has in New York. Lucas and Beau were so loveable and cute, the storyline was somewhat predictable I still thorough enjoyed it. The spice was fantastic too, their chemistry was palpable and their love was easy to root for. Even though I knew Lucas had to betray Beau it still hurt but they worked through it of course so thankfully a HEA 😌 Highly recommend for any contemporary MM lover, this is book one of the cowboy series but this could definitely could be read as a standalone. The next book will focus on Lucas's friend and colleague that's from Beau's Texas small hometown so I will be continuing the series. Happy reading!

I do believe I have a new best cowboy romance!!!!!! This is my first with this author I've got the first 3 books & I can't wait to start the next!!! The way the book is written you can almost feel the Texas heat and the dust - and the characters were so very awesome I mean you are right there with them crying and yelling when Lucas screws up - it really is unreal!!!!! Thank you so ooo much - Lori
