this hurt so much….
I was so disappointed in this part of the story. I knew she was coming back. And she did with a deadly vengeance. But I think I am most upset with Valentina than anyone else. These marriages and divorces are her fault. She should have been stronger and knew better from experience the first time.
My heart goes out to Freddie and her daughter. It’s hard to switch alliances and I am not sure if what Freddie has now will last. I don’t think Valentina is done. And I don’t truly think that Melena is the right one now. She wasn’t before and it just doesn’t seem probable. It’s about ownership, possession, and obsession. She hated to lose. She came back for what she once “owned,” not realizing that it was no longer hers.
This got too messy. I can’t fully blame Melena from wanting back what she once had, but at the same time, at what cost? It will never be the same. That ship has sailed. The one that made the brightest decision was Freddie. But she is also caught in that same vortex that Valentina found herself, still in love with her past.
Both Valentina and Freddie made all of their decisions out of love. Freddies’ for the love of her life and Valentina for both of the women that she loved. Her biggest problem was that she was unable tease out properly which one she loved more and should have been with. I think for the sake of everyone, it had to go down like it did, so when all is said and done, everyone will know what the best decision is. It will be with the one that is the…
