Description

Professor Ryan expected a quiet spring break spent grading papers and enjoying the solitude of his office. That plan vanished the moment Stephen knocked on his door with a tutoring request that felt like a thinly veiled ruse. What began as an academic obligation quickly spiraled into an electric, high-stakes collision of worlds that Ryan never anticipated. This collection explores the undeniable tension between the intellectual rigor of academia and the raw intensity of the football field and the fight gym. As lines blur and hidden desires surface, Ryan finds himself at the center of an unexpected dynamic that challenges everything he thought he knew about his own boundaries. The chemistry is palpable, turning simple tutoring sessions into a journey of self-discovery and uninhibited passion. Readers love this story for its perfect balance of spicy, high-heat encounters and a genuinely engaging narrative that feels authentic. It is a bold, transformative exploration of connection where the physical intensity matches the deep emotional stakes. If you appreciate stories that push the envelope while keeping the characters grounded in their own evolution, this collection offers an unforgettable experience. Prepare for a story where the classroom is just the beginning of a much more complicated, heart-racing lesson.

Ryan is setup

What should've been a quiet spring break was anything but for Professor Ryan. It becomes clear that a tutoring request from Stephen is a rogue for a setup. Stephen makes a move on Ryan in his office. Stephen's teammates Jax and Marcus add to Ryan's torment. Stephen texts Ryan about a group study session off campus. Ryan is to show up or they will go to the Dean. Ryan is conflicted, go to the Dean himself and risk termination or show up, like he secretly wants. Ryan shows up, is used by all three men, and is told that they don't want to get him fired. When classes start up and Ryan sees Stephen for the first time he has the feeling of being "grounded in my own skin in a way I hadn’t been before." Great slow building tension!

The slow building tension in this story by Edward Raines was really great. Professor Ryan is approached by Stephen, a football player in his philosophy class (who perceivably may have been eyeing him with a predatory glaze for months), asking for extra help over Spring Break. Professor Ryan reluctantly agrees and their first session in the lecture hall appears earnest until it is crashed at the end by two of Stephen's football friends, Jax and Marcus, who make overtly predatory comments and gazes leaving the professor feeling unsettled, embarrassed, and aroused. It's the perfect excuse for Stephen to convince Professor Ryan to move the tutoring into the more private space of his office the following day, and on the third day Stephen locks the door and makes sure to sit really close with his own laptop so Professor Ryan can watch the notes he is taking and offer any feedback. Stephen is very wicked and the poor professor never stood a chance really. His observations of Stephen's body during these three tutoring sessions, and his lamentations of never having had thoughts or noticed things like this about a man before in his 40 years of life are really hot, well-written, and make the build up to this first encounter with Stephen and the professor exciting. Afterwards, I really felt bad for Professor Ryan and his worry about the consequences for his job and possible blackmail. He receives texts from all three football players requesting "extra help" which he initially ignores,…
