🩺BOOK REVIEW🩺 I read Bedside Manner by C.G. Macington ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5 stars) Synopsis: We follow Dr. Maxwell York, chief of cardiothoracic surgery, very type A, meticulous, and is known as “the Ice King” around the hospital. The very opposite of Dr. Jax O’Connell, head of trauma and lives his life chaotically. When a merger happens, both these doctors find themselves in the same vicinity working together, clashing, but quickly see that there’s more than meets the eye. Review: What a cute, funny, heartfelt story! Another fun surprise book that I randomly found and so glad I read it because this book was so good! This healed my gay Grey’s Anatomy and 911 heart. If you’re a fan of either of those tv shows, you will love this book. This book was so stinking cute and funny! I mean I laughed out loud numerous times and was so overcome with joy. The way these two bump heads and the banter very early on had me smiling from ear to ear. Complete opposites and both pushing each other boundaries I was thoroughly enjoying it. There’s a lot of medical usage and terminology, my own knowledge of that is very limited but the things I did know, was cool to read more about it and seeing how the author incorporated that into the story. Now my only gripe with this book is I wish it was longer! I mean it’s a short read at 206 pages, but I think a longer story with more banter between both the MC’s and more angst would’ve made the story so much more better ( a very small complain because I…

It's a far stretch to see this as real . This was not a slow burn but fire out of control. It's like Cinderella meets Cinder fellow ! Hey it is fantasy that requires suspension of this actually being real. However, this is hilarious, touching , emotional and leaves me with a smile at the end. I 'm on to the next fantasy in this feel good sappy series .

This was a heartwarming story. The author did great creating tension and humor. Each character was distinct and it was fun to see them run up against each other. The moments of vulnerability were great and I love that there wasn't a bunch of game playing and dancing around feelings.
