Very fulfilling short story

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5 stars Last night, I went searching for some short reads, and this did not disappoint! I was a little wary that it wouldn't be fulfilling since it was under 100 pages, and lately, books under 100 pages haven't really been fulfilling for me, but this book was AMAZING! Dante is an escort who was let down and then scorned by the first man he ever became infatuated with. It cost him his career and his family. Blake came in, instantly fell head over heels for Dante, and wormed his way into Dante's life. I couldn't get enough of this couple.

A Surprising Winner

Gay romance novels are fairly new to me, especially explicit ones like this story. So I dove in with little expectation and was pleasantly surprised. There was a lot of depth to the characters and a very satisfying conclusion. My only quip would be that the author focused on sexual attraction between characters without exploring deeper emotional connections. Sort of cheapens the story. But perhaps that was a consequence of the short story format. Regardless, the book had an unusual premise and I'm glad I picked it up.

Nice little story

This story about one of the escorts working from a run-down English hotel, and a business man who helps them all out is a pleasant read. No great drama. Written well. Just the right length for the pkot line.
