Make Me: The Silent Hollow, Book 2

This is the 4th book I read at the beginning of this year that I was hoping would be an audiobook. And this one did NOT disappoint!!! Look, I have a love/not love thing with one of these narrators, so not going to lie when I saw they were on this book my heart was a little sad. But the joke was on me big time because holy cow this was a fantastic audiobook! If you can, LISTEN to this book!!! Your ears will love you 😁 I promise!! On a side note... When I first read this book I didn't actually realize how absolutely bat poo crazy Ronan is! I mean I did because the guy talked to a stuffed animal for crying out loud 😅 but he is just out of his mind! Just a weird realization I made while listening! 🤭 Here is part of my 1st review... I was a little weary going into a MMM book again because the last one I read was really boring. I'm so glad I did because this book was not boring at all!! I absolutely loved this book! Each chapter was short and progressed so smoothly through each of the guys. It kept me so engaged with the story that it was like watching a movie. These men, Ronan, Logan, and Dakota. 🫠 Their stories were sad, heartbreaking, and painful. But watching them come together and heal, then fall for each other was just beautiful. The banter was hilarious! That Buffalo made me cry so hard. And holy hell these three were hot! 🔥🥵🔥 *phew*

Going in blind to this book for blookclub and I came out happily impressed. A Why Choose MMM serial killer/cop/excop dark romance with a lovable highland cow stuffie? What could go wrong? Nothing. Nothing went wrong. It was great. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. The character back stories? Horrific The characters themselves? Amazing The banter? Hilarious The storyline? Intriguing The spice? Obsessed The chapters were short and the book moved quickly. I do however think we could've possibly introduced our third MMC Dakota a bit differently. And I wish the "im not gay" thing would've stayed with once character not 2/3. But thats just a personal preference. All in all. Great book. Would recommend to anyone looking to feel a little something. This book has some dark terrible things so pls make sure to read your trigger warnings.
